As a design strategist, my foundational principle is this:
Maximizing the Harmony of Outcomes:
"Act to sustain and enhance the well-being of individuals, communities, and interconnected systems, with a focus on enduring, long-term impact."
Coach
As a coach, I create safe, inclusive spaces for growth, fostering trust, creativity, and collaboration. I guide individuals and teams to embrace challenges, uncover their potential, and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes:
University Collaborations:
Collaborated with prestigious institutions such as Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nürnberg and the Technical University of Munich, facilitating workshops that encouraged students to apply design thinking to real-world digital health challenges.
Design Thinking Skippers Path:
The "Design Thinking Skippers Path" is an innovative training program designed to enhance the facilitation skills of Siemens Healthineers employees across various global regions and departments. Focused on enhancing the creative confidence of the employees in using design methods this initiative draws inspiration from the multifaceted role of a skipper, emphasizing not just the technical knowledge of design thinking methods but also the interpersonal skills crucial for effective facilitation.
Facilitate
My facilitation experience spans across various platforms and projects, enabling teams to transform ideas into actionable prototypes:
Systemic views of customer centrecity:
Designed and delivered workshops on systemic views of customer-centricity for participants at the CTTC 2024 - CreativeTech TrainingsCamp. in this workshop, we explored how businesses can move beyond transactional customer experiences to embrace true customer-centricity through ecosystem thinking. By leveraging tools like Causal Loop Diagrams, participants learned to visualize complex interactions, uncover leverage points, and design systemic, value-driven strategies for long-term success.
Collective alignment workshop:
This workshop session focused on fostering collaboration, aligning diverse needs, and encouraging mutual reflection within teams. Participants engaged in structured activities to identify key pain points, share insights, and collectively build actionable solutions in a co-design environment. The visual framework served as a central tool for organizing ideas, facilitating open dialogue, and aligning perspectives across multiple clusters to ensure meaningful exploration and alignment.
Playful problem-solving with LEGO:
LEGO bricks are used as creative tools to simplify complex business ecosystems, turning abstract ideas into tangible, hands-on models for better understanding and collaboration. By engaging in playful prototyping, individuals can explore and innovate within business systems using metaphors and tangible representations, fostering deeper insights and co-creation.
Research
Integrating AI and Knowledge Graphs in Systemic Design Practice: Developed methods integrating AI with knowledge graphs to enhance design research practices. This involved using Neo4j for managing complex datasets and applying pattern recognition techniques to extract meaningful insights from large information pools. This research which resulted in development of R3ASON project is also presented as my Mater's degree thesis at Politecnico di Milano.
Incorporating Emergent Practices in Service Design:
Developed approaches to integrate principles from contemporary dance into service design, emphasizing the ability to adapt to and navigate the complexities of dynamic and evolving systems within co-design processes. In this research I was inspired by Real time composition method in Contemporary dance.
Exploring Hydro-Justice Through Cultural Narratives and Rituals:
My research was conducted as part of the "I Want to Believe" program at the University of the Underground, where I explored the intersection of belief systems, religion, and their influence on societal structures. This program provided a unique platform to investigate how these elements shape our understanding of culture, politics, and economics through a blend of theoretical inquiry and creative practice. I Investigated the relationship between water and Iranian cultural practices to create new narratives of hydro-justice. This research involved developing an absurd ritual that contrasts human will with the agency of water, aiming to provoke reflection on our spiritual and emotional connections to water and how these connections shape societal dynamics and environmental justice.
My Values Framework: Maximizing Harmony
This diagram embodies the core values I strive to integrate into every project, team, and collaboration I’m part of. At the center is my commitment to maximizing harmony, ensuring every effort contributes to meaningful and sustainable outcomes. Each pillar reflects qualities I deeply believe in, like fostering solidarity, encouraging ambitious goals, and building relationships grounded in trust and care. These values are my guideposts for creating environments where everyone can thrive, grow, and succeed together.
